Conceptual design development is a first step in pursuit of every design commission. It is a very important tool that reflects the scope of the project at the early stage of the design process. Accurate conceptual designs allow project owners to provide input and request changes early on which helps reduce cost and eliminate scope creep and conflicts later on. We use state-of-the-art software (AutoCad, 3D Studio, Revit, and photoShop) to generate our conceptual plans.
